Another Story in Images (I’m officially addicted…)

Because I’m addicted… here is another story in images. No life update this week because my life is just too mad. It will bite your head off. Like, stabbing my finger so hard while cracking walnuts that I sliced a nerve and rendered part of my fingertip numb is just the tip of the iceberg. My doctor was laughing, y’all.

Fun times.

Thrice the Shadow. (no, I still do not know what that means).

But! At least those walnuts were gifted to me by a sweet neighbor (along with strawberries and hot chocolate)! So there was a bit of compensation.

ONWARD!

NOTE: AI images were used in this blog post, but I no longer support the use of AI, nor do I use it, because I don’t like the extractive direction big corporations are taking it and how they are trying to rob artists of work, and, also, people using AI only make generic things since they are derivative of what humans already created. And the data centers are terrible for the environment and anyone living nearby. AI is not at fault, but humans using it at the expense of other humans.

Enjoy the product of waaaaay too much of my time.

Thanks for reading! The whole story is in the book The Wicked Orc, but this book is dirtier than what I usually write AND it comes with a warning! Warning: “This story is a little dreamy, a bit dark, somewhat twisty, and a lot emotional. It’s the love story of deeply troubled characters blundering through a battlefield of bloody thorns. Enter at your own risk.”

You have been warned.

Thrice the shadow.

All the love to you all! Be kind this week.

Aaaaand if you want to give me some love (or feed me 😀 since I’m almost always low on food), you can send $1 (or more) via buy me a coffee, or for regular support, you can join the patreon I’ve been seriously neglecting (but want to resume), or get daily snippets I like to share on Facebook (lol though this is on hiatus…), check out my books I don’t want anyone to buy, or join the newsletter I haven’t been writing (but intend to). THANK YOU for any and all love!

When I was twenty-two, I ran away to Prague, where I now sing to my black cat (who collects dustballs in her whiskers), eat chocolate for breakfast, and have lemon tarts every Thursday.
